Community Gatherings and Workshops
The intention behind Community Gatherings is to bring back a "third place" where likeminded people gather, socialize and build community.
We want to foster connection and a sense of belonging for families that align with the values of Gentle Roots Forest School.
All of our Community Gatherings will be in local Houston parks, completely outdoors.
All Community Events are FREE and open to all ages.
Workshops are intended to be more educational. They will, again, be community focused and nature-inspired and fully outdoors.
Themes will vary from educational to fun and range from connecting to our environment through learning how to recognize local plants to getting in touch with our inner children through hands-on fun.
Designed for adults but we'd love it if you bring your teens above the age of 12 as well!
